Chief complaint: the left side hemiplegia for 20 days
Physical examination:
- Alert and oriented, fluent speech
- Pupils approximately 3mm in size, reactive to direct and consensual light
- Symmetrical nasolabial folds
- Tongue midline
- Muscle strength grade 5 in both left and right limbs
- Normal muscle tone in all four limbs
- Negative for pathological signs
- NIHSS score: 2 points (1 point for the left upper limb + 1 point for the left lower limb)
Complete blood count (CBC)
Coagulation profile (including PT, APTT, INR, and platelet count)
Liver and kidney function tests
Electrolytes
Infection markers
Preoperative tests showed no significant abnormalities.
History of cerebral infarction, Causative lesion.
Contrast agent adverse reactions: Allergy (rash, throat swelling, anaphylactic shock, etc.)
Vascular endothelial injury (arterial dissection), spasm, acute occlusion, embolism detachment, air embolism, etc.
Hemorrhage or hematoma formation at the puncture site, vascular occlusion at the puncture site, arteriovenous fistula, arterial aneurysm, arterial dissection, etc.
Infection, allergic reactions or damage to the skin around the wound site.
1. Intracranial arterial stent placement under general anesthesia
2. Percutaneous intracranial arterial balloon angioplasty and shaping procedure
3. Cerebral angiography
