Chief Complaints:
Postoperative of correction of lumbar scoliosis for 2 years, pain in lower back and bilateral limbs and difficulty in walking for 1 year.
No difficulty in defecation.
Past History:
Correction of lumbar scoliosis in department orthopedics of Xuanwu hospital in Aug 27th 2018.
Left hip arthroplasty in department orthopedics of Xuanwu hospital in Aug 8th 2019.

Key points:
Precise localization with C arm
Avoid injury to the nerves and blood vessels
Intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring is mandatory
Avoid CSF leakage
Postoperative neck brace protection for 3 months
Properly adjust the alignment of the cervical spine and achieve a good physiological curvature.
Protect the nerve roots and spinal cord, do not over-retract the neural element.
